Creative Media Centre, 17 & 45 Robertson Street, Hastings

Based in Hastings, East Sussex we provide affordable office suites, desk space and business support services for SME’s, freelancers and start ups working locally in the creative industries sector. The first part of the Creative Media Centre at 17-19 Robertson Street, Hastings opened in April 2004 and was one of the first projects to be delivered by Sea Space as part of the regeneration strategy of Hastings and Bexhill. It has space for up to 20 companies. The second building, which opened in September 2005, is also in Robertson Street and has space for 40 more companies.

Hot Desks	The Creative Media Centre provides a number of dedicated hot desks with high-speed broadband connectivity ideal for companies and individuals who require a flexible base from which to work on a part-time or intermittent basis.
Shared Work Spaces	For businesses that prefer to take space in large open plan areas or share a smaller office with another company/individual.
Offices	A variety of small, medium and large offices seating from 1-20 people.
Reception	The visitor reception, located in the main foyer of the Creative Media Centre at 45 Robertson Street, will receive all clients and guests that visit you. Our highly professional and friendly receptionist will greet and sign-in your visitors and notify you of their arrival.
Meeting rooms	Whether it's training, a seminar, an interview or a board meeting, our rooms help you create the right impression. Our boardrooms come with broadband internet access and telephone lines and with an overhead projector and whiteboard fitted. Flipcharts and pens are available for a small fee, or you are welcome to use your own. A range of catering and equipment options is available to suit your event. We are fully complaint with the Disability Discrimination Act and lift access is provided to all floors.
