Inclusive Fee |
Units are let on a license to occupy, with the opportunity to give three months notice to vacate, after six months or any subsequent month. The fee includes New Business rates, water and sewerage charges, waste disposal services, cleaning, lighting, electricity, heating, decoration and redecoration as necessary, maintenance to the premises internally and externally and joint use of common toilet and kitchen facilities. |
License Fee |
Payments are made monthly in advance by standing order, with a deposit equivalent to one months' fee. This is refundable on termination of your license, subject to the unit being returned undamaged and empty - fair ware and tear excluded. |
Insurance |
Insurance for the premises, loss of fees and employer's liability in relation to the landlord's personnel is included in the license fee but your own contents, consequential loss and other insurance risks remain your responsibility. |
Availability |
We provide serviced space designed for short to medium term occupation, consequently we have a regular turnover of units available. Should the unit size you require not be listed above, please register your requirement and we will contact you should units become available in the near future. |
