Parking There are six parking bays in the garage and adjacent drive, accessed via Carlton Place to the rear of the building, which can be rented subject to availability. A new long stay multi storey car park has recently been opened in Salisbury Street, less than 200 yards away, where season tickets are available. In addition, there is short term meter parking in Carlton Crescent and Carlton Place.
Accommodation The property is an imposing period building on ground and three upper floors. There are male and female toilet facilities and a shared kitchen. The entrance porch protects an access control system linked to every office. The offices available have been refurbished including the provision of Category 2 lighting. In addition, there is basement storage available to let to tenants in occupation, for archives etc.
Inclusive Fee Units are let on a simple lease (subject to contract), which excludes sections 24-26 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
