There is a substantial number of free stay two hour disc parking bays immediately adjacent to the building with another substantial long term pay & display car park nearby. There are a small number of dedicated spaces subject to availability let on a separate licence agreement (£35.00 per month). |
Accommodation |
Churchill Court has been refurbished to a high standard and has been subdivided into a range of varying sized units with ample power outlets and Category 2 lighting. There is an access control entry system with 'Red Care' security alarm. |
Inclusive Fee |
Units are let on a licence to occupy, with the opportunity to give three months notice to vacate, after six months or any subsequent month. The rental payment includes New Business rates, water and sewerage charges, waste disposal services, cleaning, lighting, electricity, heating, decoration and redecoration as necessary, maintenance to the premises internally and externally and joint use of common Reception area, toilet and kitchen facilities. |
License Fee |
Payments are made monthly in advance by standing order, with a deposit equivalent to one months' fee. This is refundable on termination of your license, subject to the unit being returned undamaged and empty - fair ware and tear excluded. |
Insurance |
Insurance for the premises, loss of fees and employers liability in relation to Store Property (Chichester) Limited personnel is included in the licence fee but your own contents, consequential loss and other insurance risks remain your responsibility. |
Availability |
The Azure Suite provides serviced space designed for short to medium term occupation, consequently we have a regular turnover of units available. Should the unit size you require not be listed above, please register your requirement and we will contact you should units become available in the near future. |
